Southampton 26.7.10 Dear Sir I wish to say how much we appreciated the services of your driver and vehicle last Saturday (24th) when my sister (in a wheelchair) my wife and myself were transported in the afternoon from Poplars Retirement Home Glen Eyre Way to the Town Quay with a return journey in the early evening. Your driver was very punctual and most helpful and efficient. Furthermore we felt the charge was very reasonable considering what was involved. I use shirley cars on a regular basis and I have never had any problems with them. I am a wheelchair user myself so I obviously require a car with that accessibility. Ive found that shirley cars have a range of wheelchair accessible cars and all of their drivers were extremely helpful and friendly, along with the call centre staff.

Hi Last Thursday afternnoon i used your service to take me from the General Hospital to Porchester Rd, my driver was number 388, I'm sorry but i do not have his name. He is a credit to your company, his taxi was very clean, his driving was one of the safest journeys i have had,( i have traveled throughout the uk in many taxi's that i wish i hadn't).
